Our Method
Neurofeedback is based on measuring brain activity (EEG) and objectively reveals mental states such as focus, tension, or distraction.
In sports science, it is clear that performance depends not only on technique, but also heavily on mental focus immediately before the action.
Studies in sports show that targeted neurofeedback can measurably improve these brain states for a more precise motor execution.

As a neurofeedback coach, he has worked with Olympians, German and European champions in elite sports. His focus is on specifically optimizing your mental performance through a holistic approach to performance and mental strength.

Moussa is a football coach and performance specialist with multiple years of experience developing players within elite football academy environments in the UK. He is known for creating structured, high-impact training environments that support both individual growth and team performance. Psychology Expert
Seyran is a transformation coach and performance specialist with a background in organisational psychiatry and psychology. She works with individuals and teams to strengthen focus, emotional regulation, and decision-making under pressure, supporting consistent performance in demanding environments. Her approach centres on aligning internal states with external execution, thus enabling clarity, resilience, and grounded performance. She speaks Norwegian, English, Farsi, and Kurdish, with a professional understanding of Swedish and Danish.
